Cake/food stand

Take a recipe for a cake or other food item. You are going to produce this food item and sell on one of the stands.

• Show that you can increase the ratio of the original recipe to 
• so you know how much more ingredients you will need.
• Show that you can convert oz to grams.
• The volume of the baking tin and much cake mixture you will need to fill it.
• Show that you can cost out ingredients and work out how much extra you will need to buy as you increase the ratio of the recipe.
• Work out how much profit you will make.
